Mike Spence has been in the transportation industry for more than 30 years. At Fleet Advantage, Mike oversees equipment lifecycle management, works with OEMs to guide equipment specs and purchasing for new equipment, monitors the equipment delivery process, while interfacing with our customers. Previously, Mike held executive leadership roles with Ryder Systems, Inc., working in sales, operations and maintenance. Mike managed growth and customer retention initiatives in the central U.S., overseeing a client portfolio of approximately $1 billion. His most recent position prior to Fleet Advantage was with Worldwide Equipment Leasing as Vice President / General Manager.
